Took a gamble and ordered this product, i like it alot. If your not a fan of bland taste, you can mix this with anything to add a kick of flavor, i mixed some with my morning caffeinated beverages and it was perfect!
I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. Since I have a leg injury that I'm still rehabbing I really can't workout at the gym as I'd want to so when I've taken this it's only been after workouts. Since I've also spent 8 months doing knee rehab (knees are great today!) and I tend to do a lot of exercises with legs; I wouldn't exactly say my legs ever feel "recovered" so while I love the flavor of this and I can add collagen to it I can't exactly say this is a supplement that "yes! When I take that it works great" as I can with other supplements.

I always liked working out with this product, i definately get a way better workout when i drink this before starting my training, and it helps with my muscle soreness.
I started drinking this a few months ago after getting lightheaded in the gym , it helps to retain water and increase body fluid volume when competing intense workouts, no real downsides to this product except i recommend drinking it only when you are sweating or not eating alot of carbs because it will cause you to feel/look bloated with the higher sodium content, overall 5/5 for me.
I ordered the non-flavored edition and honestly it was not bad, no taste really and it did the job, the customer service rep Nick was very helpful in guiding me to which product was right for me, i will definately be back for more.
I’ve tried many BCAA’s before and let me tell you this one was by far superior then the other brands i’ve tried, i will definately be a return customer! Thanks guys
